Method 1:
Take some amount of refrigerated milk in a small bowl and dip a small blob of cotton wool in this. Rub it on the face using slow circular movements, use upward moves on the neck area. You can also put this on your hands and legs for a glowing skin using such upward strokes. Leave this on for a few minutes. Then wash the face neck and other parts with cold water.

Method 2:
Cut a slice of cucumber, you may also use a potato slice instead of the cucumber. Place the thick slices over your eyelids for a soothing effect to the skin around your eyes. Another use of these slices is to rub them in circular motions all over the face and neck areas. Similarly apply on regions near the elbow and knees which are usually rough and darker in shade. Wash after 20 minutes. In a similar fashion, the tomato can be cut and used to apply around the face and left on for a few minutes before washing.

Method 3:
Apart from vegetables even fruits can be used for natural beauty treatments. Cut an apple into thin slices. Place these slices on the face and eyes and leave them on for about half an hour. These act as sponges and soak up the extra oil thus is very handy for people with very oily skin. It also helps to close pores of the skin and acts against dark circles and puffy eyes.

Method 4:
