SunTanning2Sweat, heat, hot flashes, dehydration, summers mark thier presense quite evidently. With advent of the hottest months of the year we need to take special care of our body and skin. So that we dont fall pray to the heat and the problems that these months tag along with them. These months need a little extra care and a bit more effort to get through. So before you leave home this summer make sure you ticked all on the this must do summer check list.

KEEP YOURSELF HYDRATED:
Always carry a water of bottle with you this will help you keep hydrated and wont drain you out. Mix a little glucose to it and you are ready to go. Water is the most important thing because as we tend to sweat a lot in summers we keep losing our body’s liquid and end up being dehydrated, therefore keep sipping this magic liquid to get you through the day.

DON’T DITCH THE SUNSCREEN:
UV rays during summers are your skin’s worst enemy. Never leave home without applying sunscreen. Also apply sunsceen 15 prior to stepping out in the sun, so that your skin absorbs the skin guard and you are ready to face the sun. sunscreen with SPF 20-30 are preferably better, they prevent skin darkening and early aging due to sun rays.

COVER YOUR HAIR:
Sun rays are so harsh that they cause greying of hair also effects your svalp making it oily and itchy. Use a scarf to cover your hair to prevent greying or lightning of hair. Also a cover on your head will prevent your face from direct sun rays.

WEAR THOSE GLARES:
Sunglasses are must carry accessory during summers. They not just keep your vision cool they also make you look good. Therefore wear your glares everytime you plan to make an eye contact with the heat beast.

EAT LIGHT AND FRESH:
Eat light and fresh during the summers. As the weather is heated outside keep your stomach cool and avoid fried,spicy and food containing to much of fats. This will help digestion during the summers. Eat seasonal fruits like water melon and musk melons, they help hydrate your body and is healthy substitute to heavy snacks. Eat more green leafy vegetable and avoid non vegetarian food during summers.

DONT WEAR SYNTHETIC FABRICS AND DARK CLOTHES:
Wear natural breezy fabrics like cottons as they absorb sweat instead of synthetics. They keep you cool and give space to perspire. Also dark colored cloths like in blacks abosorb heat therefore wear more of whites and pastel shades that reflect heat back and keep you cool from within.
