In every leading magazine we have seen people posing with the best body and physique.We do also wish to achieve something like it but as uaual we have an excuse ready for everything since who would spent extra calories in doing something that we never did.We want instant results in absolutely everything.We are not ready to work for it but we do want the results.

We wouldn’t like to spend our one holiday outside the four corners of our house.Even when it comes to gym,we usually give excuses such as time and money.

But what if I tell you that you can achieve the physique you always dreamt of by following some simple workout tips at your own home?

Seems like I have your attention now.

What exactly is a workout?

It is an exercise of our body which helps us to burn extra calories and regain the strength and stamina which we lose in our lives due to unhealthy lifestyle. It also boosts our immune system and saves us from chronic diseases such as heart disease,cardiovascular disease,diabetes,obesity and many more.It helps you to build up your confidence and your self esteem.It is a miracle drug which can cure you without the intake of medications.

A survey even suggests that exercising helps you to avoid neural problems such as dementia(It is a broad category of brain diseases that includes any disease that causes loss of the ability to think and reason clearly that is severe enough to affect a person’s daily functioning.It also affects the normal functioning of a human being. The most common form of dementia is Alzheimer’s disease 

Working at home has two benefits.It would save you a trip to the gym and would also save your hard earned money.

Establish a workout regimen and follow it religiously.

Select a particular time of the day for your workout and choose a place at your home with minimal objects around so that you can perform workouts perfectly.Choose an early time to avoid disturbances by your family members when they follow their daily routine.Put up some fast track song on your iPod to get in the mood.

 

Stay hydrated and eat well.Make sure that your intake includes a good portion of fresh fruits and vegetables.Remaining hydrated is important as it would replace the water lost due to perspiration and would also help in increasing your energy. Make sure you eat atleast 45 minutes before your workout to give your body the energy it needs.

 

Understand your body. You need to know your body in order to know which workout will suit your body.If  you have a light and flexible body.You can straight away start with the exercises but if have an inflexible body,do some warm up sessions to loosen the muscles of your body.

Use your home to the best.

You don’t need to own ym equipments to workout at home.There are ample things in your house which you can use.eg-Stairs.Make it a part of your daily routine to go through your stairs for atleast 20 minutes everyday.

Doing push ups on the floor is not an easy task for an amature.So try push ups using the walls of your house.Place your open palms on the walls and push yourself away from it.This will help you to build strength in your muscles.Later on,you can move to floor push ups.

 

Yoga. It is a proven to be one of the best workouts.Yoga does not require any props or equipments at all.It  will increase core strength and flexibility in your body.

Use your plasma TV to the most

Many DVDs are available in the market for best workout sessions at home.Buy them and try to stick to your routine.They can give you many more ideas on your workout sessions and would also tell you which body part would benefit the most from that particular workout.

 

I am sure that I was able to give some tips for your workout.try these and you would get one step closer to your ideal body day after day.

But make sure that you supply your body with enough energy giving foods.Try different fruit shakes if possible.Go for a diet plan which would provide you with sufficient energy for your workout and everyday routine without the high content of fats and carbohydrates.

Set a goal for yourself.Make them short term first to get in the habit and then go for long term goals. Setting goals and rewards will help you stay motivated and consistent with exercising. There is no greater feeling than achieving a weight lose goal and being able to feel good about your body. It makes exercising well worth it.

 

Working out daily would not only lead to a healthy you but would also make you a more focused and disciplined person in life. Everyone should take time out of their days to exercise, so they can improve their lives in many ways. So next time you are deciding whether or not to exercise just think of the benefits you will experience from it. It is extremely rewarding and worthwhile.You can even reward yourself by indulging in your favourite foods for once.
